British Airways Collective Agreement

British Airways plc reduced the number of cabin crews on its aircraft above legal levels but below those set by a collective agreement, subject to a “disruption agreement” that required crew to fly less in the event of a disruption with a member and to obtain compensation. Section 7.1, titled “Minimum Planned Crew Complements,” states that salary cuts for pilots start at 20% and will be reduced to 8% over the next two years, before being reduced to zero in the longer term. .
